BECO's Inline Diaphragm Valve (IDF) features all PTFE wetted path diaphragm designed for ultrapure use as a DI water valve or acid drain valve. The IDF valve can significantly reduce bacteria buildup and maintain a consistent flow via and independent mechanism which allows precise adjustments and a cleaner cavity. The IDF valve is presently offered in a two-way closed configuration. The anti-bacteria configuration can be designated by adding -AB onto the suffix of the model number.
